Beef
A 50 pound box contains at least 30 pounds of steaks and roast (four roast per box), stir fry and/or stew beef and ground beef balance out the remaining 20 pounds.
A 25 pound box for the small families or as a sampler box. This box contains at least 15 pounds of steaks,roast ( two roast per box), stir fry and/or stewing beef and ground beef balance out the remaining 10 lbs.
Ground Beef
There is almost always some ground beef on hand. If you would like an extra 10, 20 or more pounds when you order from Beef Connections, we will do our best to accommodate.
Custom Cut Beef
If you would like to purchase larger amounts, we have wholes, halves and mixed- quarters. We have a steady supply of finished beef cattle at present and we should be able to fill your order in two to three weeks.
